Macro. Week 51-52
My lens can't really do a great macro shot but I could NOT believe the detail on our christmas cake this year. My mum bakes the cake in September and her friend's daughter at Cake Magic does the icing - the entire creation is edible! It was hard to cut into this beauty but it tasted delicious.

I also would find it difficult to cut into that beautifully decorated cake. Nice macro of the detailed figures.
Oh, my gosh, that is a clever and artistic cake! I don't think I could cut into it either! It that a form of fruitcake? What we used to make was made in November and soaked in brandy or rum but never frosted. Your's is much prettier!
